Shipping Information

❤️ I SHIP WORLDWIDE! ❤️ Parcels are packaged with love and shipped by Canada Post first class mail. You will be sent a tracking number upon shipment.

I am not responsible for post office delays, and all shipments will be sent to the address you listed on your order. Please double-check your shipping address. Buyers are responsible for any taxes, tariffs, or other duties incurred.

For art: 

Meditation objects will ship in a maximum of 2-5 business days. 

For clothing: 

I make clothing items to order to avoid environmental waste, so please be patient as I make your sacred wearables! Your clothing will be ready to ship in a maximum of 7-10 business days.

If you need an item sooner, express shipping is available - please message me for prices, before purchase. Live in Montreal? Pickup options may be available!

Order Issues

I strive for high quality in each and every handmade artwork and clothing item. Each piece is either one of a kind or made just for you. However, I gladly accept returns and exchanges if there are any manufacturing issues, or if your piece was damaged in transit.

I will issue a refund or exchange for any issues that have to do with quality. Buyers are responsible if return postage costs are necessary. Please contact me prior to returning any piece so we can resolve issues in the best way possible. Contact me within 14 days of delivery and if needed, ship items back within 30 days of delivery.

For art: 

If any piece breaks during shipping or you discover a manufacturing issue, please contact me within 14 days with a photograph of the damage so we can work out a replacement, repair or refund.

For clothing: 

Each piece is made to order just for you. Please be attentive to the size you choose as each piece is custom and so exchanges for sizing issues are not accepted. (See the sizing recommendations in each clothing listing) If there is a quality issue, please email me with a photograph and the item will be re-sewn and shipped to you. 

Cancellations

I do not accept cancelations.
